SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

SHIPPING INFORMATION

We strive to process and dispatch orders as swiftly as possible while providing realistic estimated delivery dates. While we do our best to meet these estimates, we cannot guarantee delivery times as they may be affected by factors beyond our control.

  • Orders received after 12:00 noon on Friday will typically be processed on Monday.
  • If an item is out of stock, we will contact you to discuss whether you would like to keep the item on backorder or receive a refund.

Standard Delivery (2-4 Business Days) – £2.00

  • Our standard delivery service covers the UK Mainland, Highlands & Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, and Isles of Scilly.
  • A flat-rate charge of £2.00 per order applies.
  • Orders over £20.00 qualify for free standard delivery.
  • Delivery times for certain regions:
    • Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, and Isles of Scilly: 3-6 business days.
    • Highlands & Islands of Scotland: 3-6 business days.

RETURNS POLICY

At Dermaband.co.uk, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. That’s why we offer a hassle-free return policy.

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
  • These are medical items and due to strict hygiene guidelines must not be opened and or used to qualify
  • If you receive the wrong item, contact us and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
  • In the rare event that you receive a faulty item, we take quality seriously and will work to rectify the problem.
